About the Job

Commis Chef is required to work at Catch of the Day, based in Owenabue Mall, 3A, Carrigaline, Co. Cork.

Responsibilities 3 Tasks
  • working closely with the head preparation and cooking of seafood
  • ensuring standard portions and quality of dishes
  • maintaining a clean and safe kitchen and ensuring sanitation practices in the kitchen
🎯
Requirements 3 Competencies
  • at least 2 years experience in a similar role
  • HACCP trained
  • full knowledge of all aspects of the food production base
