Commis Chef who will also be responsible for kitchen management duties. Responsible for monitoring and ordering stock. Responsible for preparation in the Kitchen and ensuring that orders are made in a high quality and timely manner. Minimum of 2 years experience as a commis chef required. Will be required to assist the culinary team in producing high quality meals and services within required deadlines in Irish and Polish food. Must have the ability to work well under pressure with a high level of attention to detail required. Knowledge of HACCP required. Employer is Comix Café. We open regular all year round Thursday - Monday Evenings, with additional Lunch & Dinner services in the Summer season, therefore shift vary from lunch to late evening,  so flexibility working across the week is necessary.
