A busy restaurant located in Carraroe,Co Galway seeks a full time Asian Cuisine Sous Chef incharge of assisting head chef prepare and cook Asian dishes.Duties to include assisting the Head Chef in the following tasks:Assist in controlling and directing Asian food preparation process and any other Asian food relativeactivities.Assist in innovating new dishes and constructing menus with new or existing culinary creationsensuring the variety and quality of the servings.Assist in carrying out quality checks on dishes before they are served to the customers.Assist in managing kitchen staff, providing training and trouble shooting.Any other tasks as they arise.Minimum experience 5 yearsFull-time 39 hrs p/wPermanentAnnual remuneration €39kapply to email : Email...
