Gorkha Ltd T/A Diwali Indian Restaurant require  Chef De Partie to join the restaurant  located at Unit 1, Castle House, South Great Georges Street, Dublin 2. Minimum two years of experience required in preparing and cooking Nepalese/Indian cuisine to a very high standard. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in accordance with traditional Indian & Nepalese recipes, and ensuring that all food preparation meets the restaurant standards.
