D18 X6PE.Candidates must have a Minimum of 2 year's experience. HACCP knowledge is essential. Duties include: Supervision, preparation, Implementation of all aspects of Indian, Chinese, Thai, Italian and Mexican cuisine & other International gastronomy.The annual salary is €34,000-36,000 (D.O.E).
