The Locke Burger is open 7 days a week for sit-down and take-away treats. It features outside seating, a busy bar and a menu of fries, wings, and the now-famous Locke Burger - six ounces of juicy, beefy perfection. We are currently recruiting Chef de Parties.Description of the Employment:•       Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene and health & safety. •    Monitor food preparation and methods.
