MonaghanIona House provides 24/7 residential service to maximum of 8 service users with intellectual disabilities, physical disability, autism and complex needs. The age range at present is 24-75. Our residents require additional supports in all areas of their daily life including behaviours which challenge. 6 residents live within the main building with additional 2 self-contained apartments with 1 resident supported in each apartment at the end of the building.Staff team on a daily basis consists of 1 Team Leader and 5 Support Workers with varying shift patterns between 9-12 hours.
