Role of Care Assistant The Care Assistant's primary role is to deliver and achieve all outlined aims and objectives set out in each clients care plan ensuring delivery of a high standard of care within ones own home or community. They are responsible for the implementation of the requirements of the clients care plan, performing identified care duties and promoting client comfort, dignity and well-being and supporting them to remain independent within their own home.
