    The Administrator will provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Company on a part time basis, including accounts and payroll, for the effective and efficient operation of the Finance Department and for reporting on the service. This post will include but not limited to monitoring invoice processing and data entry, ensure postings to correct cost centres. Balance all accounts, prepare bank reconciliations, close off monthly accounts. Prepare finances, budgets and cashflows in accordance with reporting procedures as required by all relevant funding agencies.
