Duties will include repair of smartphone, tablets and laptops of all makes and models, soldering of devices, maintaining the repair lab in store, and dealing with customer queries. This is also a customer facing role and candidates must have experience in a customer facing role. Must have at least two years’ experience in a similar role particularly in mobile device repairs, micro soldering repairs and customer service.  Fixed two-year contract with a minimum annual salary of €34,000.00 for a 39-hour work week.
