Where You Would Work:  Mulhuddart Day Service, Co DublinMulhuddart Day Service is an active service which supports 24 individuals at present with capacity for more individuals who we hope to join our services in September as school leavers and new referrals.We operate from a New Directions and Person Centred Planning approach aiming to identify how the person wants to live their life and what is needed to make that possible?The individuals we support are aged between 18 to 33 years of age and have different interests, activities, communication needs and abilities. We operate Monday to Friday 09.0017.00 and Service users arrive to the service at 09.30 and go home at 3.30.Praxis Care offer a two week induction training as well as encouraging staff to complete all other relevant training for ...
